Pastor Jacob Roecker 
 

Pastor Jacob Roecker moved to Oklahoma City in 2023. He is a recent graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary. He enjoys sports and is a lover of wrestling, football, baseball, and basketball. He has also spent much of his life playing and watching/attending sporting events.  He is also an avid lover of all things outdoors; hunting, fishing, and hiking. 

Pastor Roecker considers it a blessing to serve as a pastor, and he especially enjoys working with and getting to know new people and he wants everyone to experience the peace that Jesus brings. He would love to get to know you better, whether you’re a veteran Christian or just starting to ask questions.

“Christ has been so good to me, but not just because he allowed me to become the pastor at Gethsemane or to live here in OKC. I know that all these blessings could go away, and I could still say Christ has been good to me because he has made me his dearly loved child and has set me free from my sins. My identity is in Christ. ‘Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
